To the esteemed representative of the Gallic Royal Enclave, Nicole Perrot.

The Gallic Royal Enclave, as direct successor of the Kingdom of Gallia, will be acknowledged as such and therefore will be treated similarly in the following.
As a result of a meeting of the Cabinet and the Emperor, it was decided to temporarily deny you access to Kusari space.
If it comes to a more permanent decision, vessels of the Gallic Royal Enclave would fall under section 6-2 of the Kusari Legal Codex, rendering your transponders as “unwelcome entities”.
In detail this would mean for vessels belong to the Gallic Royal Enclave that entering Kusari space will face sanctions in form of fines and expulsion from Kusari space for the vessels in question, further by law legitimized actions could be taken if required.

The Reformed Empire of Kusari acknowledges the Parisian Assembly as the legal government of Gallia at this point and we are not ready to risk diplomatic ties to this or other parties over relations to the Gallic Royal Enclave.
If you wish to state why we should change our mind, you are free to do so.

I bid you good day.

We thank you for this notification. As the Empire of Kusari pointed out to other representatives of the 'Gallic Royal Enclave', we have no intentions to deal with you. We have no intentions to interfere directly with your war against the Gallic Confederacy, nor do we intend to engage into trade relations with the 'Gallic Royal Enclave'.

You may approach your colleagues and inquiry how the last conversation went.

I bid you good day, it has been a while.

As expected of the Royal Enclave, you are all too eager to show your citizens that you can still protect them, correct?

Let us sit down and look at the matter at hand: The Confederal Defense Forces failed to see the signs and now face a surprise invasion. They will get hit harshly, our Naval Forces make sure of this. They will be weaker than before, no matter the outcome of this conflict.

You, in the meanwhile, wish to risk valuable assets of yours. We're correct to assume the Royal Enclave can by far not utilize their full strength, am I right? Otherwise, we would be surprised why both the Confederacy and the Kingdom of Bretonia were not assaulted in larger scale by your forces already.

Your wish to protect the Gallic citizens, shall it be to impress them for popularity gain or the oath sworn to protect the own people, is a honorable goal suiting a Military Officer. Yet you would abandon a far greater chance, fearing for your citizens safety, even though we generally do not desire to harm them.
Have a read of this here: [Read Access #1 only]. It should give you more of a picture how the people of Kusari wage war: With honor and dignity. We will not harm the unarmed, the children, the wifes and simple men wishing to life their lives.
We have come for the Defense Forces and parts of your- no their politicians, the higher echelons, not to spill civilian blood.

Do not get me wrong, we will never be your friends but you would lose a tactical opportunity you might never have again. If you wait now, you can strike more easily later. That is what the Royal Enclave desires, is it not? To return back home, free it of those who betrayed you. Sit back, or not, this is your decision, we urge you to choose wisely. Once our both matters with the Confederacy were settled, we can go and throw threats or more at each other, if you so desire to do so.
