Operation: Long Count PART 2 - Navy/Legion - Sat. April 4th @18:00 UTC - Morosz - 03-30-2020 Long Count Part 2 Background
Although their last operation wasn't successful, the legion still has to keep the pressure on the navy. Therefore they decided to launch an attack on the newly deployed Battleship Arkansas and her fleet. The crew of the Arkansas is relatively new and inexperienced which makes it a good target. However, without the intel, the legion forces don't know that Navy is planning to conduct a small wargame in the Texas system, mainly to test the capabilities of the Arkansas' crew. One of the small task forces that was assembled to play as the enemy in the upcoming wargame suddenly has to change course when their scanners detect the incoming legionary force. Info
The event will play out largely as indicated on the map provided below. The navy forces will deploy into the combat zone and the legionary forces will start out from Kansas JH. Two sides meet and try to kill eachother. Hope people have fun with this one. Rules
