AWW RIGHT! So I was doing mission testing, to see if it's viable and/or fun, and I learned several things.

The first was that missions were extremely lopsided. One faction would have really fun and challenging missions in its ZOI, and another faction wouldn't. So I decided that to fix it, I would have to go in and do some reworks.

First up, for the GMG Battleship, is glorious Niigata Star City. I only had to edit the top part of it.
Summary of edits:
Mission difficulty cranked up to 60.0, 99.0
Order now able to give missions on the job board, with a weight of 10%.

Second up, over the shrill objections of the former [RM] HC, is Mannheim Station. Did you know that Mannheim, despite being Kruger IFF, primarily has Rheinland Military jobs offered on it? Fun fact.
Summary of Edits:
Mission zones activated (rh04.ini)
Mission difficulty cranked up (mbases.ini)

Let's take a look at Kansas. Peace has been signed between Liberty and Gallia, and with Harmony and Hellfire representing the biggest threat to Liberty's shores, it stands to reason they'd start moving into Kansas because hey look habitable planet too. To represent this, I've placed Liberty Navy NPC spawns in Kansas. Check it out.
Summary of Edits:
Liberty Navy NPCs added to ambient NPC population (li17.ini)
Mission difficulty cranked up (Battlecruisers, Battlecruisers everywhere)

Let's have a lookover at Morioka Base. The nebula means wide-open spaces, and the relative density of nearby dockable lawful NPC bases means a good chance at interaction.
Summary of Changes:
Capital Ships Added to random encounters
Mission Zones Activated
Mission difficulty increased

I would like your feedback on this, as well as suggestions for areas that in your opinion need more fun Missions.

What would the capital ship missions of Morioka give when completed?

My earlier testing put it around 11 mil clear profit for a solo runner having to take care to make sure the loot doesn't despawn. Perhaps with runners and/or repair ships, efficiency would go up.

(note the date on the video, this was SP testing, conditions on the live server may be different)

Testing the buffed America Freeport missions. I kicked them up to 99.0/100.0 for the purposes of the test.

All testing is done in a Cap 6 Nephilim.

What did I learn?
Hurricanes become mandatory against Battlecruisers, on account of their tanky hulls, however you only need to use ONE per Battlecruiser or Battleship. As soon as they are stripped of the bulk of their armament, they can be Mortared, or if you're an efficiency freak, slapped with Cerbs at your leisure.

Furthermore, the absolute maximum a mission will reward a player is 5,9 million in cash payment, with a difficulty cap of 43. If there is any way to kick the maximum rank in singleplayer above 38, I'm confident that we can get 3 waves of 8 battleships each to spawn in missions.

How will this affect the project going forward?
