Below attached you will find a new and updated list of personnel known to be working for and/or be infected by the Nomad incubi. Following list will only include individuals known to be active, any deceased infectee will be struck from the list for quicker identification. I am therefore inviting Lane Hackers to not only take advantage of this list but also assist with the task of filling its pages. Meeting
To the attention of Lane Hacker professorship.
We are hereby requesting to move the meeting closer to the interior of Liberty, Cochrane is well within our abilities to reach. Part of our Kusari network has suffered from blackout, damage or outright destruction by means of high yield weapons of mass destruction. We were not the intended target and while our assets in the region are fully capable, our localized allies which the attack was purposely aimed at may have suffered greater toll.
Considering Leiden is located right on the Kusari border, and the perpetrator knew complex of the Kusari black market, it is currently untenable for any Order high up to loiter around their potential operational zone. The aggressor is currently unidentified, we are contacting relevant parties to clarify and identify the aggressors. As it stands, Order units may become involved in repelling and counter attacking soon.

Meeting
The Genaan, the splinter cell of Golden Chrysanthemums is at war with both The Order and the Blood Dragons. It allegedly started as a local turf war of influence, culminating in the NEMP attack on important Blood Dragon infrastructure. The Order is involved as Genaan are indiscriminately assaulting all Order smugglers and ships passing through any system in and neighbouring Kusari regardless of intentions. Shikoku is known to be their primary base of operations and Morioka, while by itself neutral, may not prevent their assault. Unless Leiden is shielded from NEMP class or similar weaponry and Lane Hackers can guarantee unshakable diplomatic guarantee for me and the entire armed entourage that proximity of Genaan demands, meeting on Leiden is categorically against our interests.
You may ask why The Order theorizes that Genaan could attack a Lane Hacker base, but until a few days ago Blood Dragons were the closest ally Genaan ever had. They are unpredictable, armed with weapons of mass destruction and known to shoot first, forgetting to ask any questions later. For your information, The Order is NOT in a state of war against the entirety of GC, only the Genaan cell itself. The Overwatch would prefer not to involve Lane Hackers in any capacity in our dispute.
