The whole of Rheinland caught the emergency broadcast about midday, so I won't try to assume you don't know what's going on.
Myself, the Bundeswehr, and what remains of the Federal-aligned Military are moving to reorganize within the designated safe-zones and to plan our actions accordingly. Not many within the Military have stayed loyal, however, and I fear that a good many of our people will be lost to this new 'regime'.

I do want to report that the Bundeswehr has remained mostly intact, however, and that we are prepared and ready to do what is necessary to dispose of these usurpers. I've sent a broad range transmission across secured channels to any remaining personnel to move to the secured areas. They should begin reporting shortly.
