You might be aware by now that the Blood Dragon Shogunate and the Gen'an GC are in a state of war. We will continue to maintain friendly ties to the Oathbound, therefore, we send you this message to give you an update you on what transpired.
First the Blood Dragon Shogunate, accused us of being traitors and claimed that our operatives opened fire on Blood Dragon vessels. You witnessed that they were unable to produce any evidence regarding this. I can confirm that this was just a slander campaign. All we did was open fire on the Coalition, who were warned for several weeks to remove their presence from Kyushu.
Secondly. The Blood Dragons did exactly what they accused us of. They opened fire on one of our scouting parties in Chugoku, which was there to investigate the extend of the Blood Dragon cooperation with the Coalition. Especially the question for the evidence of our hostilities seems to have triggered them.
They opened fire on our vessels with a Togo class battleship, starting this war. And where they can't produce the evidence of the attack, we can.
This treachery will not go unpunished.
Even violence
and cruelty, utilise
art to encourage.

I want to inform you that our operation was a success. A squadron of our finest operatives was given the task to retaliate against the Shogun's betrayal.
For this we used something we had constructed a while back. Project Kamikaze, the Divine wind. It was actually constructed to be used against the Coalition Battlecruiser, which is guarding the construction site in Kyushu. The recent attack and war declaration by the Shogunate, made us reconsidder our target. What is worse than an enemy? A traitor,
It is good that you decyphered our coded message and pulled your forced out of Chugoku. The Oathbound remain valued allies and we wouldn't want any of your forces as collateral damage. Our squadron disabled Chugoku's jump hole defences and moved on to Kyoto, where the bombers broke open the docking bay gates. As our bomb was designed for a battlecruiser and not an asteroid base, we had to improvise. The Bomb vessel GC-Sayuri, crashed itself into the open docking bay and detonated itself there, exploding into a nuclear fireball and tungsten shards.
