Merge Official & Community event subforums - Avalanche - 04-17-2020

The current forum layout is:

Quote:Server Events
- Official
-- Archive
- Community

I propose to put all events inside Server Events and pin any Official events (currently just 1) to the top. Put Archive as a subforum. It would then be:

Quote:Server Events
- Archive

Why? It does not make sense to require clicking into and out of multiple subforums to get similar information.

Edit: Another proposal regarding event naming conventions - https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=178569

I believe that one reason the subform is structured in this way is so that official event threads automatically appear on the homepage, whereas unofficial threads clearly should not.
