Hi there.
My name is Jason Moore, a transport captain with Interspace Commerce's Primary Division. In the past, I've notified both the Liberty and Rheinland Police of other transport captains that have been less honest in their duties, in an effort to assist the authorities with enforcing the law across Sirius. While it's been quite a time since I've come across such acts, this transmission is not about that.
While transporting a shipment of Depleted Uranium, supplied by dock workers aboard New Augsburg in Munich, we were stopped in Hamburg by officers we perceived to be of the Rheinland Military, alongside a freelancer we discovered later was under their hire. The officers informed us of our 'illegal cargo', likely referring to the shipment of Depleted Uranium we had locked in our transport pods. A conversation continued on, the logs of which I will attach below, until we were forced to make a decision: Drop our cargo or be engaged.
Knowing that we were still abiding by Rheinland law, specifically Article 2, Section 2.1, we stood our ground. This, unfortunately, did not spare the Langley, and we were forced to abandon her as she was knocked out.
I'm notifying not just Interspace's higher ups, but the Government officials and leaders of the relevant organizations of both Liberty and Rheinland to see that these details are put to use. I trust in the legal system of both Rheinland and Liberty, and hope that justice will be administered.
Thank you.
