... Incoming Trasnmission ...

Location: Trafalga Base, New London

Hail and hello members of the BAF. Im sure your very busy and so I'll skip the plesantrys and get right down to it.
In our contunuing efforts to clean up and remove your shipyards ever growing debris and scrap output, Trafalga Base moved from neutralizing radiocative materials out in the field via ship-based methods, to a more efficient and productive facility contained within the station itself. Despite the obvious heath risks involved in dragging the leaking, deadly and unstable engine cores and reactors onto our base for disasembly and repurpose. We decided to go along with it anyway, as we knew that you would find the results of our labour to your liking.
Basicaly we are now able to produce quantitys of MOX from wreckage and the refining of the radioactive materials. While we are in no way a threat to the LD-14 refinery's usefullness and productivity, we are much more easily accessed. No blockades or destroyed and captured shipments coming from our base, Trafalga also dosent require Battleship protection in order to work unmolested.
So our offer is such, we will gladly transport our MOX suppys to your holdings and bases where it is most needed. I am aware as to the the conflict this has with your current laws regarding the transport of "War Materials". We will of cource need to be partialy or fully exempt from this law.
Im going to hazzard a guess that you dont like the sound of that last part. But think about where we, the Junkers would take such cargos if we had access to them. You know who our enemies are, and you know who will never be buying weapons from Junkers. You also know that anyone fighting the same enemies as us would have the most to benefit from our being allowed to transport weapons in Bretonia.

I look forward to coming to a reasonable agreement for us both.
McMillan out
