The crew of Buenos Aires - Loyola - 04-30-2020

Key crew figures by Enma Loyola
Alright, I will have to file up and write down some freaking notes about the main people. I have no idea how this will crew will even work together so I will just hope that everything will be good.

RE: The crew of the Untitled - Loyola - 04-30-2020

Mary "Mommy" Teixeira

Family Name: Teixeira
Given Name: Mary
Nickname: "Mommy"
Gender: Female
Role: Ship Captain
Status: On duty
Age: 43

Place of Birth: Planet Malta - Omicron Alpha
Nationality: Outcast

Height: 185 cm
Weight: 89 kg

Colour of eyes: Blue
Hair: Pink
Body shape: Muscular

Notes by Enma Loyola:

She's great, know her since when I was a kid. She was older than me and used to beat up assholes that tried to bully me. Not like we were close friends, but I kept in contact with her. We'd meet from time to time and have a good time together whenever I had the day off and she was nearby. It's weird that we didn't have anything common when it comes to drinks or food. And we actually don't have a lot in common and we are still getting along very well. And I always found it fascinating, I just have no idea what our friendship is even based on.

Back in 826, I paid her as my personal fitness trainer, but sadly I was only good at cardio, which is not that hard really. So I gave up on sports..., maybe it should change, but oh well, we'll see. Mary served mostly as the captain at combat transports, but I'd not ever doubt her personal values. No matter what's happening, she's always taking it on the chin. At least she did in most situations when I wasn't so brave or decisive. So keeping her around as the captain to compensate my natural cowardness seems like a good idea.

Mary is rare to annoy me as well, she's a great person, as I noted. She's not a hypocrite or anything like it, will always say what she thinks. She's a little bit blunt and naive, but that looks adorable for me personally, though I heard that it's annoying for some. No one can't deny that she can lead and inspire, which is the most valuable thing, along with experience when it comes to leading the ship crew. I think Mery is the ideal candidate for being the captain, coming from my experience. There are people, of course, who are more experienced with commanding actual warships, but there's a certain lack of trust when it comes to them. Loyalty and let's say a lack of ambition is something that I value more.

I could always replace her if anything, but she seems to be willing to take this job and I feel like she won't disappoint me.

Diego Alejandro Gallo

Family Name: Gallo
Given Name: Diego
Middlename: Alejandro
Gender: Male
Role: 1st officer, Navigation
Status: On duty
Age: 55

Place of Birth: Planet Malta - Omicron Alpha
Nationality: Outcast

Height: 179 cm
Weight: 67 kg

Colour of eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown
Body shape: Skinny

Notes by Enma Loyola:

Well, Diego is a chill dude. A bit of a loonie, I barely can talk to him consistently. But he does his job very well, and navigating a ship is his talent. I honestly cannot remember where did I meet him. Not that it matters, but this part is a little bit mysterious. Background check service didn't find anything fishy so I believe taking him to the ship is safe. If anything, Mary will crack his neck in a matter of seconds so I am quite relaxed in that regard.

Diego is just taking orders and executes them. He is a very well paid navigation officer, but he looks quite aesthetic. I don't know where does he spends that money, but his meals or clothes or anything else is a much lower tier than he can afford. I don't know what's down there, it always got my attention, but I don't really think that it's important. I never actually got to ask him. Anyway, he doesn't look like the guy to save money, so I assume he's just in huge debt and working just to pay it off.

Despite him being weird, he's a good navigation person and I feel strangely confident in hiring him. I pay him a little bit extra so he leaves the job he's currently at and works for me. We'll see how it will work out in the end.

Andreas Massoni

Family Name: Massoni
Given Name: Andreas
Middlename: -
Gender: Male
Role: Chief Engineer
Status: On duty
Age: 61

Place of Birth: Planet Malta - Omicron Alpha
Nationality: Outcast

Height: 184 cm
Weight: 90 kg

Colour of eyes: Gray
Hair: -
Body shape: Fat

Notes by Enma Loyola:

Well, this one is complicated. Andreas is kind of a spooky person and I don't like keeping him in my company. The problem there that my family is in some moral debt before Massoni since they helped us a lot during our downfall and took patronage over us for a time. Now such things may not be and won't be forgotten. And the friendship between families will hopefully assure his loyalty. That's the way it usually works at least. And if not, hopefully, we can deal with sabotage.

He was working for me at the National Council as part of absolutely great and amazing Vesuvius Brigade boys. He was doing stuff here and there, he kind of gets things to be done his way. So yeah, I sort of have to hire him and he suits the job. It's just something that I'd like to avoid, but oh well, I can only hope that I won't get to talk to him often and that when I will it won't be that bad.

César "Gladiator" Berrocal

Family Name: Berrocal
Given Name: César
Nickname: "Gladiator"
Gender: Male
Role: 2nd officer, Weapon Systems
Status: On duty
Age: 29

Place of Birth: Planet Malta - Omicron Alpha
Nationality: Outcast

Height: 167 cm
Weight: 55 kg

Colour of eyes: Blue
Hair: Pink
Body shape: Skinny

Notes by Enma Loyola:

César is a very cool guy. People, usually, get going on his outfits and a fact that he's some sort of a homosexual, but I don't care. He looks weird when at the deck, not gonna lie, but I am not going to enforce any kind of uniform. Simply because making standards and not upholding them personally is bad leadership and I don't feel like following strict rules myself. It will take some time to explain to people that his outfit and hairstyle are here to stay... Oh hell, it will.

But yes, he's incredibly fun to talk to and spend time with. His jokes are always on point, maybe even too much on point, some people get offended by his humor. But nevertheless, he's actually good at his job and has been a good friend of Mary. César was recommended by her and it seems like they worked in one team before, a good thing. This crew is going to be weird and having at least some sort of synergy at the very first stage is going to help.

So until he will keep good at blazing guns and entertain me, I think he will keep on his position. I don't think Mary would recommend someone who is outright traitor, so I would believe in his basic loyalty. I just hope that his jokes won't get annoying and that my first imperssions are not wrong.

Angelica Caras

Family Name: Caras
Given Name: Angelica
Nickname: -
Gender: Female
Role: Chief Medic
Status: On duty
Age: 32

Place of Birth: Planet Malta - Omicron Alpha
Nationality: Outcast

Height: 171 cm
Weight: 67 kg

Colour of eyes: Black
Hair: Blonde
Body shape: Generic

Notes by Enma Loyola:

And we get to our smoking medic. I just like Angelica as the person, that's why she's getting on the ship. Caras family is traditionally associated with Loyola and Angelica is currently jobless so it would be considered as a favor. Good thing for me. She's a very calm and deep person, unlike me she's actually smart and I often take her advice. She will be pretty much the only person aside from Mery that will help and inspire me. And who I really trust. She knows a lot of good poisons so taking out suspected disloyal crew members will be quite easy.

But I swear if she's going to wear a medical white robe on top of her latex suits... Dear. Sadly she's not very productive, at least she wasn't during the time when I was in charge of the National Council. I think she had some business around Coronado and something-something about shooting CR, but she was not even close to actually earn the money she was receiving. After all, her work is not the primary reason why she's at the ship. It just the fact that I need helpful and loyal people. Helpful as in having good and regular talks and not get bored to death.

Now we'll need to find more professional medics to place under her command because medbay is still an essential place.

Juan Sebastián Manzanedo

Family Name: Manzanedo
Given Name: Juan
Middlename: Sebastián
Gender: Male
Role: Cook
Status: On duty
Age: 45

Place of Birth: Planet Malta - Omicron Alpha
Nationality: Outcast

Height: 180 cm
Weight: 75 kg

Colour of eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown
Body shape: Generic

Notes by Enma Loyola:

Okay, this guy is a complete fucking asshole. He used to be a chef at my manor but I had to fire him and I do not even regret it until up now. Problem is that he can cook VERY well and since I cannot take my current chef from manor to the ship I have to take Juan back. When we talked he wasn't really upset that I kicked him out back in the day. He knows that he's an asshole, I will give him that.

The best thing that I know that he won't poison me, which is an advantage. Keiko probably wouldn't poison me too, but she can't cook for shit compared to him so... Yeah. I hope he won't annoy me as much this time. Otherwise, I will have a long and irritating search for a new cook and I cannot really be bothered with that. So I put my trust in him. Something tells me that I am making a mistake, but there's no better option for now.

Ergh.

Note #1
Need someone to be the security officer. I will have to look through candidates. Gabriel comes to mind, but he seems to be way too independent to my liking. I don't want anything like androids too, because I like the initiative. The kind of initiative that is not bothersome or annoying and useful. It's actually hard to find good people for the crew, never realized that. Oh well.

First flight is soon, I hope it will all work out.
