It is easy. The character in question uses a picture that for all intents and purposes is a furry. Do not do that, as furries are not allowed. Pick another picture for your character that conforms to the rules. Regarding the metagaming, in this post you proported knowledge inrp of something that was posted in a message collection you had no access to as per the claim of the owner. You didn't cause any damage as far as we were able to see but it still warranted a warning.
As implied by the thread name, you were warned. A warning means that we noted something we perceived as being against the rules, though not severe enough as to warrant an actual sanction. However, it means that we will pay close attention to future infractions from you. You were now alerted to the things you are supposed to cease and desist from.
