The BDM and this faction uses the nazi Reichsadler (minus swastika), but yeah. Nazi memes on discord are off limit.

PS: The reichsadler isn't Nazi, it is Roman. It is only Nazi in combination with the swastika. However, it seems a bit odd that the BDM is against the Reich, yet they use the reichsadler. Perhaps they will stab the Federalists in the back when they least expect?

The BDM one only uses the wings. Why this faction has it in its logo tiny and unnecessary is beyond me.
It was throughout all germany only used during NSDAP times so it's another hint at that regardless of being legal without the swastika
