Dear mesdames et messieurs,

My name is Theodor Lefevre of Montluc Advanced Engineering Inc. and the captain of the "La Grosse Dame" logistics vessel.

I believe you are aware that yesterday in Omicron Gamma the first contact between MAE and the BFC occurred. It was peaceful and we believe it's a good sign and possibly a chance to establish at least cordial relations between us. However, during the encounter, your pilots mentioned that you are in dire need of victuals. The Kusarian rice and filtred water which we delivered from far Freeport 6 should prove of use for your people. The communication logs from the logistics vessel "Amethyst" have been attached to this communication, should you require details of the encounter.

However, the MAE as a corporation is interested in hitting a deal with the interested parties. We do believe you can be interested in increases in supplies from our side. In return, we would like to get artifacts and other Xeno relics with a discount.

If you are interested in this deal, our side is open to negotiations. We are looking forward to hearing from you and hope to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

it is very good to see you're a man of your word, not many can say that about themselves.

Your supplies are much appreciated, they have by now been distributed to our citizens.
Of course, those two loads will only last so long. If you're willing to work more closely with us, I'm sure we can get to a very lucrative deal.
If you want a discount on Xeno Relics, I'm sure we can handle that. But be aware that their extraction is rather dangerous, you should only go for them if your vessels are equipped decently. Artifacts are more easy to get, we have many of those on Crete. Just pick them at on Port Leixões, we'll have some prepared if you announce your presence a few hours in advance.
The discount you'll recieve on your purchase will depend on what kind of supplies you deliver to us.
That will be calculated when you pick up your cargo.
I'll include a list of what is usually needed on Crete, just deliver whatever you can get your hands on,
we always appreciate extra help.

Oh, and another thing. Naturally you shall not be harmed or taxed when flying through our space.
When you're delivering cargo to Crete and encounter a Corsair raider, who has not been briefed by us,
pay him if he asks you for tribute. Then just submit the evidence in this channel and we'll refund you.
That's easier than telling every single Corsair to leave you alone.
Keep in mind, that only covers your way when delivering cargo to us, or exporting Artifacts and Xeno Relics.
