It looks like in the chaos that is my life this was lost in the paperwork. My apologies. I did meet your son some time ago. He has a good head on his shoulders, I'd be happy to work with him in the future. But, to business.

For Nox, we have a few fences on Marseille. We still can't bring large transports en masse, but small scale is possible. For our larger ships, we have a distributor on Monte Carlo. It might be best to not draw too much attention to your ships if we bring convoys around Marseille, but thank you for the offer of in space transfers.

If you have deals with the Takarabune, we are fine with it. The Hogosha in Okinawa are the ones we deal with. There is meant to be an exclusivity deal, but I think that is limited to Kamakura. If they ask about your ships bringing Nox, I don't know anything about it. But anybody outside of your group won't be given the same freedoms.

For Rheinland, we do not have any direct connections, but we have recently began business with a fence. The Kirin Consortium. They're from Kusari but I do not think they're affiliated with any larger group. They plan to move Nox and organs to Rheinland and Liberty. For a direct connection, there is a Rheinland group that lives in Zurich. Unioners I think they're called. I haven't talked to them yet, but it's on the list. I can speak to them and see if the three of us can make a deal, or I can deal with them exclusively. Your choice.

I don't know what the Kirin have planned for Liberty. If they can start a network there we can both benefit. I'll talk to them in a few weeks to see how business is going.

Now for politics. The Enclave do not like us. And I don't like them, why should we suddenly be friends with the old royals. Kill their ships, take their escape pods, and harvest their livers I say. For the OS&C ships, I'll tell my pilots to leave them alone in Provence. But outside of there, they're just another corporation.

Right now I'm trying to gain more influence on Boulogne Base in Picardy. It's outside of our normal operations and don't have many interests in that area of Gallia, but I'm working on it. Maybe with Rheinland things will change.

Lastly, the Outcasts. Fuck them. Officially, we're still 'neutral'. But inside of my crew, and now I'm sharing with you, we want them out. I tried making a deal with the ones in charge only to be talked down to. They think just because some sluts in Kusari and geeks in Liberty kiss their feet that we should too. My pilots have these current orders: Any non-Brigand cardamine smuggler in Gallia is to be killed and his cargo destroyed. Any cardamine brought in by a Brigand is to be placed in a warehouse on Marne where we'll distribute it to those already addicted. We don't want this trash taking more people than it already has. Any Outcast seen passed Brittany or Omicron Tau are to be removed from Gallia. Peacefully or not is up to the pilot. Outcasts on the far side of Lorraine or Languedoc are to be left alone or ignored by us. Do what you want with the Outcasts, we won't get in the way.

But I am working on someone on the inside. An influential Outcast wants our Nox and seems easy to manipulate. I won't go into too many details, but we're working on it.
