I gave the last one the final blow some years ago.
It appears you speak the truth, both bases do not permit us landing rights. Their early stage of construction is an ideal way to send a message to those all too openly dealing with the current regime.
I will gather a few people, while we got more important issues to handle, I gladly spend my spare time with blowing up yet another base in New Tokyo's orbit. Regarding the one in Honshu, you got this.

It seems like I was the only one who did some investigation on what the target is. It is strange to see that the Blood Dragons have decided to attack a civilian station without any ties to Samura or the Kusari government. I want to refer to the neural net information page they transfered to me. The Blood Dragons throw the word honor at us as often as I take a dose of cardamine, yet out of all the possible targets in Kusari, they chose to attack civilians, Kusarian women no less, who could one day become disciples of Matsuda.
We withdraw our support of this senseless attack. There is literally nothing to gain here.

That Nebula people, maybe they are useful to abuse. They will deal with our enemies anyways, so might as well extract resources out of them for as long as they are willing to deal with us too. Once they stop, it's their fault.
