I understand this is uneasy times. You asked why we built a station orbiting Planet New Tokyo. The virus we intercepted was from the Omicrons. We are unknown of its source however. We understand that it can live on a surface or object for 48 hours so our first objective was to work out the primary course for its arrival. It's like a chemical attack, but without the chemicals. This cannot be seen with the naked eye. When we knew Planet New Tokyo was under the influence of this virus the state sort to silence us in wake of a probable civil war regarding importation of goods. This is why we built our neutral science facility near to where we can focus our primary goal. To defeat the virus, unfortunately as of yet we're still rebuilding our station. Three floors on the lower deck are still lifeless after an amount of virus hit us, so we had to shut down part of the station and because of the lack of oxygen our station soon began to drain. However seventy two hours later, we're back up and running with 5 floors running scientists around the clock finding a vaccine. This doesn't only just affect New Tokyo, if this gets out. It could affect sirius. We are peacekeepers, we are not lawful yet not unlawful. We've paid our dues to become "legitimate" we have a licence with the state to produce our facility into a fully fledged science station. This is a war, a war of an enemy we cannot see.
