If you read into it the lore makes sense (albeit, not my ideal outcome for the war). The problem is this information isn't really somewhere accessible at all. I had to build up my knowledge by poking people on Discord.

The surest way to join the development team is to join BAF| official player faction and make some friends. Statistically speaking, being on the BAF| roster increases your chances of getting into dev team tremendously.
We once again would like to remind you that there is no bias. BAF| players are just better people.
