Secondary a Core vessel by the name of Francesca.Lucchini contacted me locally at the Freeport to complain about the presence of a Federalist Bismarck by the name of [RNC]_Elsass. They told me that you have proof of this vessel trespassing within your space and other offences. While I have tolerated the presence of [RNC]_Elsass, I do understand and agree with the dislike of his presence at Freeport 11. However to bar him from the Freeport without proof would be wrong so if you can provide any evidence of him being some warmonger or breaching the no-fire-zone it would be appreciated.

I've been informed that one of my Members, Munro gave permission of Order to dock at 22:46:35 local time. Although this does not account for the discrepancy of why it took that Order vessel 27 minutes to dock at the station, that I will investigate. I am satisfied with Munro's decision and please, do not resort to over-reactive actions.

Giving any kind of access or permissions to The Order from your side is a reason enough for me to deploy capital ships and blockade the freeport.
If you wish to maintain your independence, I expect you to continue banning any and all foreign capital ships from your station.

Upon a full investigation into the Order trespass, it has been agreed that Order was at fault in this matter. Whilst permission was given at 22:46:35 to the Armageddon for repairs inbetween then and when the Armageddon actually docked was a Nomad attack, at which point the Armageddon left the NFZ. At some point the Velvet member Munro docked, later on as your proof pointed out the Armageddon arrived back and proceeded to not dock immediately, instead loitering and having communication with you. It's a clear violation of the NFZ, of which Order will be punished.
