[Server] Cruise Disruptor Red Text - Champ - 05-25-2020

Bug: All of the text in cruise disruptor infocards is red.

Instead of just the warning re: the rules update for unlawful / quasilawful transports with CDs being red in cruise disruptor infocards, the entirety of the text is red.

This must've been a mistake on the server-side overrides, should be fixed at next restart
