This communique is dispatched in reference to internal secured discussions involving integration of assets into the SIS formerly operating as Crimean Privateers. There is, however, a related development which falls within scope, nonetheless is not the initial intended target. Contact has been established with one of my former Revolutionary Army commanders, General Junjie Chen, who has probably lost his commission to the war hounds currently occupying New Moscow anyway, after he returned from deep recon. We've had multiple talks in deep space, and he remains loyal to my cause. I have been securing some light ships for his use, although we need a more decisive plan to refit his Typhoon, the Radek, for use outside of its intended supply chain.
