Recruitment form must contain (in the following order): your name, age, place of birth, current ship, resume and a reference to department you want to be a part of.
1. Military Department - No explanation needed we hope
2. Supply Department - Trade & Logistic service
3. Engineering Department - Base Building & Development team
4. HR Department - Recruiting & Agitation
5. Information Department - Covered Operations & Espionage ( For experienced HRs or Captains only! )
