Open it up, select your character, and move the NPC faction rep to full green. Voila, all factions are now full green. You can use the editor to change your weapons, your ships, and most useful, your location. And changed all reputations to 1.00 (Which, Kurosora, gives you that last unobtainable bar). You can also use it to change your starting location and money, even your ship (using Ship nicknames) and loadout (which can be found in Ships/Loadouts.ini) when you start a newcharacter in openSP. |
