The situation in the Tau systems is heating up more and more. The balance of powers has shifted towards the unexpected "player" in the face of the Kusari Empire. In this regard, I order all active agents to monitor the offensive of Imperial forces in the Confederation and Taus. If possible, do not interfere the battle, however, if you encounter clashes between the enclave and the Imperials, i order you to assist the Enclave forces.

The situation cleared up. Kusari decided to conduct a full-scale attack on the territory of the Confederation of Gallia. What happened shocked the society so much that sworn opponents in the person of the Enclave and the Confederates began the first steps towards cooperation against aggressors. This chaos plays into our hands.
In this regard, I order all troops operating undercover to provide maximum assistance to the forces of the Enclave and the Confederation in the fight against interventionists. The rest, I order to establish a blockade of trade routes going to Kusari. All transports belonging to the Kusari Empire are subject to seizure of goods or immediate destruction. If possible, also provide assistance to Voile Squadron if they operate in the region.

I received command of the gunboat RNS Perpignan as you ordered, however the ship is in a very bad shape and its armor plating is largely degraded. Ship's systems are currently running at 64% efficiency and we will need some time to get it to at least 80%.
Armor plating, unfortunately, is something we can't do ourselves and we need several hundred man-hours in the drydock to replace these faulty plates.
Most of these repairs require heavy machinery, but they are not labor intensive.

Luckily, given my previous freelancing career, I'm able to cover all these repairs from my credits reserves. However, they'll soon run dry and I might need help to access my locked gallic bank accounts in the future.

RNS-Cannes has come into my possession. The ship is in good shape. It still needs an upgrade to the armor plating and some new guns, but that's not something that can't be done. I'll make the ship combat ready as fast as I can in order to join the blockade.

The second in command of Cannes will be the face of the ship. I will keep myself away form people's eyes. I don't want to risk our mission.

I'm the new one in this family and I'll be flying this ugly space shoe called RNS Perpignan in this theatre of operations, so we'll meet a lot. I've already escorted our bigger ships during combat patrols and we even run into Kusarians. One word of advice - don't underestimate them. They are dedicated and vicious.
We have joined forces with another Enclave ships and Confederate defense forces in one the Languedoc border skirmishes. We managed to achieve numerical superiority and won, but still suffered unexpected causalities even with our numerical advantage.

Given how difficult is to maintain our ships in the Enclave, we must avoid unnecessary damage. I suggest we should do some combat maneuvers to better coordinate ourselves in our battlegroup.

I'd like to ask you, if our long-term goals are well thought through. Right now, Kusarians are invading Gallia and fighting Confederate forces, which lifts off pressure on the Royal Enclave.
My question is - do we really need to waste our limited and precious resources to help our future enemies in fight against another future enemy? Even worse, do we really want to force the Kusari to force pressure on the Enclave as well? They are already fighting Bretonians and royalists forces are spread way too thin.

War will inevitably fatigue both sides and these sides are potential enemies of the Royal Enclave.

So, my questions stands - do we think at least 3 steps ahead? I don't need to know details, I just want to be sure we have all eventualities covered.

I've heard about your arrival among our rank. I am pleased to see that you've come into the possession of RNS-Perpignan and already used it in combat. My ship is yet to be combat ready, but as soon as is ready I will join you and the others on the battlefront. I am expecting full debriefing of the intel that you have gathered while fighting the Kusarians.

More shall be discussed on site about how we will deal with the blockade. 'Till then give them hell.

Brother Vennamis, it is good to have you around here and to see that you are already so active involved, that pleases us and the Light. While your ship is in repair I have to ask you to return to the omicrons for a few days. We soon have something finished and we need someone to test it with. You will get further informations when you arrive.

Sister "Song bird", do you really question the ones who represent the Light at its perfection? Do you really think we would not think so far? Do you really think we are so simple minded? This is almost an insult to us. Yes some are former enclave members yet our goals reach far further than those simple minded Darklings could ever imagine. You should choose your questions with more care than you did this time. Do not forget. We are the Architects of Fear. We can pick one, destroy him or her and build him or her up again.
