Greetings, my name is Ryan O'Healy, current supreme commander of the newly formed Dublin Republican Army. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the successful capture of Cologne. We are having some moves planned too, I and my people believe that it is time for direct and the most decisive actions against Bretonians in Dublin. We have gained enough raw power to kick them out.

This would require us to engage in frontal war to some degree, and as we know, Red Hessians are experienced in this type of warfare. I would like some of my guys to head to Rheinland and if you allow, to take some lessons on how to organize things properly for that type of combat. And it would be great to have some Hessian specialists here on the ground to help us plan operation.

This should not be too costly, but we are always ready to ship off some gold for the services. If you could offer any other help other than training and consultations, we would gladly work along with you.

Colonel O'Healy it is pleasure to meet you, I am Generalmajor Njáll Östberg, thank you for your kind words. The capture of Cologne system is a result of our hard work and dedication. I couldn't be more proud of my brothers and sisters than I am right now. Having said that, there's still a lot of work ahead of us.

Now Colonel, it brings me joy to hear that the Molly movement, or Dublin Republican Army as you call it, has finally decided to deal with the blood sucking Bretonians. Dublin is your home and you shouldn't let anyone else have it but you. Red Hessian Army is ready to help you in retaking your homeland.

We have some of the most well trained pilots in our Army and your men are more than welcome to participate in our training programs. I suggest you send your pilots over to Northeim Base in Jötunheimr other known as Omega-54. Perhaps some of my Brigadegenerals will be able to show your men how we do things here. Maybe even show you how to properly skin an Imperial, who knows.

Jokes aside, I guarantee you your men will receive proper training. If everything goes according to plan, maybe you will be able to observe our forces while they're removing illegal installations in the Omegas.

For all this, Colonel, a few shipments of Gold to Wolfsburg Shipyard would suffice. If there's anything else, you know where and how to reach me.

That's great, I want to thank you a lot.

Now that you mention it, there are few more things that are in sight of our interest. First thing is that we would like to acquire some hessian fighter and bomber crafts for the army. Namely "Odin" and "Thor", those are wonderful ships and you can be sure that we will put them to good use. "Heimdalls", "Hels" and "Vidars" could also be of great use. Basically we are speaking of leasing some ships to stand a chance against numerous enemies.

Secondly, I would like to hear your opinion on that government in northern Rheinland that is engaged in conflict with Imperialists... What it was called, one second let me check. *Picks up his tablet, actively tapping. It takes a few awkward moments.* Rheinland... United Republic, yeah that thing. I would like to know what you think about them before the Dublin Republic would potentially engage in any negotiations.
