I bid you good day.

Unfortunately, the restriction put in place for access of such vessels to Kusari comes with a reason. Vessels of this type do not fulfill any security standards and are produced and sold by less-than-legal organizations, thus their purchase ultimately supporting them and their illicit actions. While in Liberty, a Junker-built vessel is deemed acceptable, this is not the case for the Empire of Kusari.

Therefore, it saddens us to tell you that there will not be a license issued for the operation of such a vessel within Kusari sovereign space.
