Subject: Howdy Neighbor!

Greetings friends,

Captain Jonathan Seabourne here, chairman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I wanted to take the opportunity to congratulate you on the construction of Cordova Shipping Platform in Magellan. For too long, the wreck of Freeport 4 was a sad reminder of all we had lost in this war, and I had feared Magellan slipping into Bering-like lawlessness without IMG patrols keeping the nasties at bay. Securing those cargo lines between Liberty and Bretonia will also mean more freight avoids clogging up Curacao's skies (no offense), which I think is to everyone's benefit.

We will likely be making much use of the wares you have to offer, using them to resupply our own newest base, Riviera Resort, near New Paris. I hope this is the start of a warm, neighborly relationship in the "Independent" worlds, and if there is something Orbital can do to help out, don't be afraid to drop a line. We may act like an "interhouse" corporation now a days, but we'll never forget our Liberty roots.

Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne
