I am pleased to make your acquaintance, I am Charles E. Boles. I have been hired by Sub-Director Blackwood to perform field reports on the Omicron and Edge World Travel Market for the Orbital's Further Reach Program™. In short the Further Reach Program™ plans to expand regular transportation service to the edge. As Theta represents the literal gateway to the edge, Orbital is interested in exploring the creation of a field office. This office would at first allow Orbital personnel (such as myself) a place to rest and resupply, and later, after our program reaches its full actualization. This office would then be transitioned into a booking center for those who have made the first leg from the Hawaii. Is this something we would be able to arrange though you?

Orbital Spa and Cruise is well versed in maintaining the peace. One of a handful of company's to maintain locations in all major houses we have spent many a hour negotiating for the safe passage of all civilian travelers. Especially in times of uncertainty. Furthermore it will benefit them as Orbital will be extending by-monthly shuttle service to Freeport 9 from the Hawaii for staffing rotations, supplies, and such. These shuttles often run with a dozen or so open seats which would allow the denizens of 9 an opportunity for a getaway to the Hawaii. Addtionally the Hawaii acts as a hub station you'll have access to the dozens of other locations within the Orbital network from there.
We are pleased to have a working agreement with the Zoners of Freeport 9. Should you need anything from Orbital please don't hesitate to drop me a line.

The Outworlder Assembly is a new offshoot of Zoners. I am still Administrator of Freeport 9 but I am in a limbo-state as it where as this transition period continues. Outworlders hold much of Theta, and they are a group that are ex-zoners for zoner means. Being left alone, operating in peace and defending their territory. I hope this information helps.
