The noble house of Kusari sets its sights beyond the Tau Cluster, the full pacification of the region has to wait until a greater evil was dealt with.
The conclusion of the second Gallic war resulted in high hopes, hopes for a new Gallia following the path of diplomacy and peaceful cooperation with its Sirian neighbors. A path followed at first glimpse, yet many of those who claimed billions of lives still sit calmly, waiting to return to their true selves.

The Royal Remnants, known as the Grand Duchy of Burgundy, persist within the Confederacy, having showed their true faces. They are not just monsters in human skin, they are gutless. They fled from consequences by surrendering, a shameful move to avoid persecution for their crimes committed.

They are to be held responsible for the development and deployment of weapons of mass destruction against the people of Sirius. They are to be held responsible for the bloody war initiated by them as supporters of the displaced former King of Gallia, a war which was throwing Kusari into disarray for several years, it brought Bretonia to the edge of destruction and cost Liberty many thousands of lives.

Their weapons of mass destruction are simply dormant, inactive, ready to be re-activated whenever the Royal sympathizers see fit. It is our duty, in steadfast determination to keep Sirius safe from a repeated onslaught by Gallic fanatics, to intervene now that the behemoth of Gallia struggled, now that it is vulnerable. The Republic of Gallia and the Minarchy of Provence, too naïve and weak to remove the evil for good, shall step aside or face the same fate.

We will not sit idly; we will not just watch the power struggle in Gallia until the next Fanatics gain full control. We will not wait for them to be able to re-build, to re-initiate an offensive against the people of Sirius.
