Konbanwa.

As we are now actively engaged in open conflict with Gallia once again. I would like to request that the following ships which are in storage be once again pressed into service following assurance they are still combat ready. The ships are as follows:

- J7P - 34(E) "Neko" Imperial Kusari Light Fighter
- J17P - 95P(E) "Tora" Imperial Kusari Heavy Fighter
- J50P - B3(E) "Kaibyo" Imperial Kusari Bomber

I hope that the Naval Command do not believe this request too presumptuous of a Santo Kaisa.

Santo Kaisa,

as someone who has been commanding these ships for many years, your request almost flatters me. Almost.

Yet, you are kind of running in open doors with this. Granted, the vessels you speak of are not in infinite supply, and have a finite life span remaining in the technological arms race that is modern Sirius. But there are still formations that do not hesitate to care for and employ these ships, like the 1st Wing of the Imperial Guard, The squadrons aboard Yamaguchi and my own contingent aboard Nagasaki. Many of the formations doing so have their own history with these ships. A history that they hold up.

But, long story short, there are still ships both in active circulation and in reserve. In light of recent developments and the ever increasing need for platforms to deploy pilots in, I will seek to loosen the standards by which these special variants are handed out, so that a broader spectrum of squadrons can profit from them. If you wish to do so personally, you may also seek to be given control over some of these. Simply refer to your recquisitions officer and drop my name.

Regards

Kh. Kaori Yamamoto
