Konbanwa honorable Dragons,

I have come here to tell you all I shall no longer be the Daimyo of Nakai Clan, for by right of battle I am now to be Shogun Nakai Shun over the Clans of the Blood Dragons. The previous Shogun Ashikaga Yoshiaki has been found too incompetent to lead the Clans of the Blood Dragons and shall rule no more. His ability to lead has always been in doubt, so much so the Daimyo Council has been making decisions in his absence.

Much to my disgust, I had found out all he was doing was sitting in his so called throne in Kyoto Base, just drinking Sake to pass the days, no care in the world for what is happening. After I had found Ashikaga Yoshiaki, I challenged him to a honourable duel to take his place as the New Shogun. Ashikaga Yoshiaki accepted and so we set a time and place before the Clan Council.

Before we drew our Katana we both bowed to one another, as is customary to show respect. Once we had shown our respects, warrior to warrior, it was a unmistakable sound of metal clashing against metal, the ear-piercing ring as our countering blades slide together. I drew first blood and eventually brought him down to his knees, after which Ashikaga Yoshiaki honorably surrendered the match and his position of Shogun to me, Nakai Shun. For a young Dragon he sure could put up a good fight, I was most impressed in his handling of a Katana.

Ashikaga Yoshiaki has now left our space in order to search for new opportunities that may await him, may honour guide him in his travels.

Clan Nakai will now act as the Shogunate force of Shogun Nakai Shun.
