Came across three kusari naval forces @ planet Leeds, they seemed to come from E5, should they be in Leeds? as they were, surprisingly shot down by BAF.

A SS to show:

Yeah, it normal, in this version of the mod, the Naval Forces even have captured Stokes and are now besieging the planet

To be honest i don't agree the kusari should be winning the war. It's a bit of a slap in the face for the BAF and BPA as their activity has been through the roof in recent months. Compared with the KNF and KSP i'd say the Bretonians should be winning the war. It's quite a put down for them having done all that hard work being active and then find that their losing the battle on their own turf in 4.85.

Hey, fronts in a shooting war can be fluid.

It all depends on who's writing the script, after all. It's entirely possible that we could see a Rheinland invasion of Gallia, just because - well, it's a tradition for them to do so. :)

At the same time, I could see a situation develop in the future where the Nomads and/or Wilde end up becoming an additional threat, and also one where the French end up at war with the Kusari - thus relieving pressure on the Bretonians.

Since there really aren't any actual kinetic energy weapons or planetary bombardments being used in the game, we have to assume the ground combat. Certainly whoever controls the space controls the planet - or do they? It's one thing for the Kusari to come into Leeds and take a space station away from the Bretonians - it's quite another for them to take the planet without ruining it for human life completely.

Well, i highly doubt that gallia will declare war upon Kusari.
The Council don't desire to have anything to do with the war between Kusari and Britonia, and so they will probably refuse to engage in such things. I don't see any reason they would want to attack Kusari.

Also, the Gallian Royals don't want anything to do with anyone, so its again not likely. Also the "activity" in my opinion has nothing to do with it as it does the number of wins that are made and the back stories and event arrangements that happen between factions.

And honestly the war between Kusari and Britonia has gotten much closer to the bases of operations. Due to the new server rules regarding police and navy factions, the KNF cant do as much in the core kusari systems, so we needed somewhere to expand to. KNF forces have been concentrating in Leeds and so this creates more activity and RP for both factions. Its not that bad when you think about it.

I actually find it quite fun, but perhaps that's just because i am in the KNF and not the BAF.

That's really, really funny.

This is what would explain the Kusari battleship stationed there
that almost blew me up. Given I knew they advanced just not in full force
like that.

**Spoiler if you aren't read up on Gallia**

In regard to the GRN, you know they want to invade all of Sirius, right? Right now they dont want anything to do with anyone else because they hate them and want to invade them, but they have to stomp out the council first.

In terms of the Kusari in Leeds, this expansion has been in development for a long time, perhaps this was decided when the BAF and BPA were not so strong. I do find the BAF presence in T-31 odd though, if they cant hold upper Leads how are they managing to hold onto T-31? The cover of the Ice field perhaps....

It's because of Kusari switching to a spearhead, Blitzkrieg-esque assault with a narrow front.
