Nom Hybrid Snub Turrets - Dark.Star - 07-08-2020
This thing has been on my mind for quite some time now, and, at least, imo, itd be pretty cool to have.
Youve seen Nom Hybrid guns right? Even the gunboat turret, yes.
Nou, I am not asking for capital ship hybrids bigger than the hybrid GB turret.
What im asking is, since we have nom hybrid guns (Obviously this is about snubcraft weaponry), you may have noticed that there's a lack of hybrid turret.
What im saying, for short, is, why not have turrets as well to resemble hybrid weaponry? To me it would look nice to have such. (Again, thats just my opinion, and I decided to share it with yall)
Im no dev or anything of the sort, but, I dont think its too much work to make a hybrid turret counterpart for all hybrid guns, the 5.88, 3.03 and 2.00 I believe, since theyre three, but, its not about how long itd take, but about if we should have those at all.
What do you think?

But you can already mount generic guns to turret slots and you don't need to fire back at anything unless you're flying a combat freighter (and that's exactly what you need them for). At this point i don't really think it is necessary.

So I went in SP just now to test, and yes, apparently you can do mount normal guns on the turret slot.
I seriously didnt know the above stated part.
Well then, yes, the only function theyd have would be on combat freighters.
And then, again, yes, it wouldnt be necessary. I made this thinking that fighters arent able to boast normal guns on the turret slots. Nevermind then
