I am Festus McBoyle, a merchant, and I deal in scrap and recyclable materials.

Would it be alright with you if I set up a small dismantling base in Leeds? It is for the scrapping and removal of that eyesore called Stokes Smelter. The Bretonians want to repair it so I am told, and I thought I'd get in first to purloin and loot it. A bit of payback for me too against the BAF as they stole our base! Vilains animaux diaboliques!!! I curse them!

I am not sure what rental and fees La Maréchausée de Gaule charge and so I await your response. Also, as there is a massive amount of salvageable material would you be interested in buying? Top grade hull panels, electrical conduit, robotic hardware, and much more.

It would be called Festus McBoyles Scrapyard. Just a wee operation. It could be put on a... période d'essai?

Planned Location: Leeds system, close to Stokes wreck and slightly below the plane to avoid traffic congestion.
Extensive motivation and reason for construction: It's a scrapyard. Stokes is a good central place to scuttle and scrap not only Stokes wreck, but also the wreck of LT 14 and potentially Glasgow station too! And there is all the flotsam and jetsam just floating around!
Planned modules: 1x shield generator, 2x storage, or if i need to enlarge to a base core upgrade a total of 5x storage. Although I would like the discretion to install a few defence platforms should it be required, but only if there is a real and viable threat to my business.

It has been some time since me scrapyard started operating, and I am now in a positions to proposition you... no wait... that did not come out right. To offer a proposition to enhance our mutual wealth.
