POB and slot free - NoMe - 07-11-2020
Hello everyone,
does a cargo storage correspond to a page in a POB?
Let me explain, I know a POB that wants to replace 1 cargo storage by something else (no matter what).
So my page 3 being empty, I only have 2 pages left, ok? does the page 3 correspond to the slot 3? can I freely destroy the storage without losing things stored in the base?
It's not very easy to explain, but I hope it's clear!

As long as you have 40k of storage left in the base, you can destroy a cargo storage without risk of losing something. If you haven't enough cargo space, I honestly can't say what will be lost. But the latter in the cargo manifest (pages 2 or 3) the higher the risk of losing that, I presume. Just dock a few transporters and grab some of that cargo that you want to save.

If you are talking about recorded items in the store, they stay there. Slots and store items are different. You could have a 1000 different items recorded in the store, but the capacity to store volumes of items is based on slots used for storage modules.

as long as you have more free Cargo space than the space a cargo Module Slot gives you, you want ever lose any cargo at all.
Cargo and Slots don't go together Items listed has to do whit available cargo space Not slot space so that's how it works

For recent players, Darkseid's answer is pretty good, 40000 cargo free.
It's not just a question of page.
The confusion was not far away, thanks again to you 3.
Without your answers, I might have deleted the slot without having the 40,000 free cargo
