To: The Blood Dragons and Golden C. || From: Donna Enma de Loyola - Loyola - 07-12-2020 Greetings, our dear Kusari friends. I believe you would expect a call coming from Malta at this point, and here I am. As you all know the Kusarian Empire has performed a decisive strike in Tau regions and invaded Gallia. The Outcasts, as you would expect, are really not happy with the Taus falling under the control of any House. The situation may require common action. I hope that conflict between us, GC, and the Blood Dragons is now over and we can return back to normality. Today I shall hear if your parties are ready to hold negotiations on this agenda. I think there are a lot of opportunities opening up right now and I hope that we will be able to coordinate our efforts and use them properly. - Loyola RE: To: The Blood Dragons and Gloden C. || From: Donna Enma de Loyola - Emperor Tekagi - 07-12-2020 Konbanwa. ⧫ Tau turmoil, already again First of all, you managed to get into my spam folder with this title. Now to the topic, the strike of the Kusari Naval Forces obviously did not go unnoticed. Though on a serious note I am grateful they were so foolish or clever - this war will tell - to invade Gallia. The deployment of their newest achievement, the Hamamatsu, to the Hokkaido-Rishiri-Nagano triangle could have proven to be most problematic to our operations and the ongoing Tomioka efforts. This brings us straight to the next point, with the absence of most but home defense assets, the Naval Forces will not be able to deploy anything noteworthy to the Nagano conflict. Naturally, the scale of our involvement there highly depends on the Blood Dragon's plans. We think that the Blood Dragons should focus their wrath on Samura's assets, especially Tomioka once more, intensifying their operations where it is has the longest lasting effect. We will aid them wherever possible in Nagano, while trying to divert some assets to the Taus then. As Rishiri is our direct neighborhood, strikes on supply vessels passing through this corridor is a child's play, though I assume the Naval Forces expect this and either State Police or the Keiretsu deploy more escorts than usual for vessels taking the Hokkaido highway to Gallia. Nevertheless, effective strike wings are to be deployed to carefully, yet efficiently disturb their supply lines. I would call for a prolonged conflict, instead of making their supply lines collapse entirely, this way we will have enough time for the final push on Planet Tomioka and the Rishiri Jump Gate. Operations in the remaining Taus will be coordinated with you. Propose us a plan and we will see what can be done about it. Alternatively, dividing the home defense's attention by causing a mess in Honshu sounds also like an idea, though we will most likely pursue this one alone. Through the guidance of Lady Red we shall overcome all odds. Aimi Amaia, Inner Advisor Circle. We are aware of the large fleet movement into the Tau Sector and we sent a couple of scouting parties to track their movements. Right now the Kusari Naval Forces are concentrating their efforts into Languedoc. The gate to Languedoc is guarded by Battleship Hyono in Tau-23. The departure of Kusari's fleet left alot of high profile targets defenseless. Regretibly, the presence of Battleship Myoko prevents us from striking Fuchu prison and allow the GC from further expanding their influence in Shikoku. Kyushu has currently no known battleships stationed there. The Nagasaki has been confirmed by our scouts to have moved to languedoc: Nagasaki Battle 1 Nagasaki Battle 2 Nagasaki Battle 3 Nagasaki Battle 4 Tomioka is interesting, but not really a high profile target for us right now. Our first priority is to secure the cardamine routes into Kusari. With the Kusari Navy operating in the Tau sector, they endanger both the supply lines of the Maltese and the GC. I would suggest our first step should be that we make sure our routes are protected as the KNF is now too active in Taus for my liking. If we can cut their supplies in Tau-23, the Gauls will do the killing for us in Languedoc. Secondary objective should be to strike points of interest in Kyushu. With the Nagasaki gone, we can reinforce our presence in the system. Matriarch Kiri

Subject: A Unified Front はじめまして, Hajimemashite, What the Matriarch speaks is true. Dragon assets are currently focussing on the Nagano, Tottori and Hokkaido regions. Shogun Nakai Shun has ordered all clan assets to fully mobilise and prepare for a full assault upon Samura and Kaigun holdings. Firstly, the Kokura Battlegroup has proceeded to engage in raiding maneuvres in preparation for a direct strike upon Tokai Shipping Platform, we expect this action to draw the attention of the Kaigun . . . We require intelligence on the fleet designation; Yamaguchi, they do not appear to have been deployed, we need confirmation. We are aware of the Sado remaining situated within Tohoku at this time. Due to our desire to maintain the unwritten non-aggession pact we and the Outcasts of Malta hold, we advise you to cooperate with us rather than simply demand your way through our territories. Whatever past grudges we may have held are forgotten Loyola. In accordance to this, the Blood Dragons recognise the Tau Sphere to be under Outcast jurisdiction and as such we have no interest to clash with any claims you may have there, with the exception of Rishiri (Tau-53). We Dragons shall maintain the pressure within Northern Kusari, with groups able to assist towards Lorraine. We would suggest the Chrysanthemums maintain a stranglehold on Southern Kusari and move to assist the Outcasts within the Tau region. Once we have Tomioka in our grip, we shall see about moving assets to assist trapping the Kaigun within Lorraine. I dare ask, but do any of you have connections with the Gallic gaijin? A potential ally of convenience with the right connections. ありがとうございました, Arigatou gozaimashita, 林愛子, Hayashi Aiko, 直参旗本, Jikisan Hatamoto, 中井氏, Nakai Clan. Tsushima Depot. Tsushima Depot was previously guarded by the Battleship Nagasaki and produces polymers, one of the key components for Samura's ship building industries. Crippling it would cripple Kusari's military. The absence of the battleship would be a perfect opportunity to attack it using the Matsuda as staging ground. Last time we encountered the Yamaguchi close to the Osaka wreck in Honshu. This information is outdated however. A new survey would have to give us certainty regarding its location. Our scouts in the Tau Sector has not reported any sighting of it. We have no connections to any Gallic factions, but we won't stand in their way if they want to kill a few Kusari Naval pilots. Subject: A Unified Front おはよー, Ohaiyo. Matriarch, you would consider utilising the Matsuda herself? I see we share the same sentiment of opportunity. I concur, |Tsushima| is an excellent target. Should you need additional firepower, we may be able to redirect various Clan Strike Wings to assist. Simply make the call. We appreciate the intelligence, I'll have a Teisatsu deployed from Hikone to investigate the Yamaguchi. Near the Osaka? Hmm, the base we supposedly destroyed, yet mysteriously refuse to take credit for... But the decission to deploy the Matsuda in this attack is not something I would be able to make alone. The Matsuda is a ship that belongs to all Golden Chrysanthemums and predates the Gen'an movement by many years. But if you want my personal opinion. Yes, I would. But only at minimal risk and with plenty of protection. I would want at least a sizable force on standby to cover her retreat should it be needed. Yes that old wreck in Honshu, which no one salvaged or repaired yet. Matriarch Kiri
RE: To: The Blood Dragons and Golden C. || From: Donna Enma de Loyola - Emperor Tekagi - 07-13-2020 Kon'nichiwa. ⧫ Plans to be forged We have gone through a few scenarios ourselves. Tsushima Depot being one of the options. To clarify, the bright green lines represents the main route of the Matsuda, utilizing the cover of the Seiran Cloud for as long as possible. The estimated risk to the Matsuda is considerably low, permitting the third scenario we had in mind to be conducted at the same time - later more about this. The major threat posed by this operation is to reveal the very existence of the Matsuda to our enemies, making future deployments and securing her later whereabouts tougher than they would be now. Though, a successful and quick strike against Tsushima would enable us to set a symbol only reached by the destruction of one of Samura's modular bases in New Tokyo's orbit before: A direct assault on Planet Kyushu, with the aim to cripple the docking ring. (See the secondary green route) We have not forgotten where it all began, on the surface of Kyushu. Targeting the docking ring will let everyone know that we are a force to reckon with, that we can threat the Government more than they ever imagined. The Matsuda's retreat is also covered; with the strike against Tsushima revealing her existence, the Matsuda will have to hide deeper within Seiran, more prepared to flee than before. Once matters calmed down, she could take a position near the Tottori anomaly to serve as staging ground for operations aiding the Blood Dragon efforts there. In case we head for Kyushu itself, the uproar will be much larger, so will be the Government's reaction. The Matsuda would have to relocate to Hokkaido in this case to ensure her safety. The second option, while capable to be combined with the first, is advisable to be addressed as its own operation, as the Matsuda could suffer sufficient damage in order to make a combination of the two scenarios impossible. This operation does not pursue harming Samura's ship building capacities temporarily, but rather focuses on showing the Government of Kusari and Samura that Hokkaido and northern Kusari is ours and that they should finally understand it. The combined force of the Matsuda and Blood Dragon deployment should be capable of overwhelming Naval and Samura capabilities there. Sapporo would be first on the list, the Matsuda should face no issues removing them. At the same time, the Dragons attempt to crack down Wakkanai, we expect heavy resistance from the Naval Forces there, which should quickly be overwhelmed once we arrive. Naturally, this will gain the Sado's attention, so we will have to hold some of our forces on standby in order to counter them efficiently without risking too much. Should Sado Command not react in time, we will spearhead into Tohoku and end them there. The evaluated risk for the Matsuda is medium, it would require all our attention and a sizable detachment of Blood Dragon assets, at best with a Togo-class as flagship, in order to be successful. The gain of this operation would be the possibility to blockade the northern route in a large scale, while also enabling us to intensify our joint stronghold in northern Kusari. We should concentrate our military might in search for lasting gains, not create as much chaos as possible. De-stabilization operations shall follow a fortified northern Kusari under our joint rule. Clearly, this will lead to desperation for Kaigun assets in Lorraine, they will either conduct a haste retreat, one where we can await them together, or the Gallic war machine slowly disperses their forces. The third scenario, which would undergo alongside the strike in Kyushu, is to cause turmoil in Honshu by attacking Akita and Yukawa with smaller strike wings. This scenario simply serves the purpose to pin the Yamaguchi to Honshu and delay any possible relocation. With a detachment of Outcast or Blood Dragon assets, this scenario can undergo any time regardless of prior chosen scenario too. Regardless of the operations we conduct in the end, we will dispatch a few wings to Rishiri. Tau-23 in its current state is undesirable to mess with due to a large scale of parties being involved with the vast majority being counted among our enemies. Instead of wasting assets on Cali, a base which survived Royal Gallia's occupation of the system for years by the way, the flow of Cardamine should be re-directed to the Tau-37 - Rishiri connection. Through the guidance of Lady Red we shall bring fire to Kusari, finally opening its eyes. Aimi Amaia, Inner Advisor Circle. RE: To: The Blood Dragons and Golden C. || From: Donna Enma de Loyola - Loyola - 07-13-2020 Matriarch Kiri, Aimi Amaia, Thank you for your swift replies and the sharing of immediate plans. Outcasts are having considerable assets deployed and ready for the operations in Taus and Kusari regions that border them, our forces are including two powerful heavy dreadnoughts. We have to decline the possibility of launching our operations in Honshu. However, our participation in cutting off Kusari logistics down the Kyushu or Hokkaido seems to be much more realistic. I will bring to consideration the possibility of supporting Matsuda's strike against Tsushima with one of the heavy attack groups of our own, or support her potential redeployment to Hokkaido. While strike on Thushima will disperse Naval Force's efforts and force them to overextend even more, strike into the direction of Hokkaido that provides more nebula cover is much more suitable for our modus operandi and would be more connected to Blood Dragon operations in Nagano. Hokkaido is also not having populated planets that would serve as a natural bastion to our enemies. Hayashi Aiko, as you know we are not interested in any territorial gain within Kusari or elsewhere. Shipments of Cardamine and its tolerance are our priority. While our enemies and target priority overlap, I see some great potential in collaboration and common operations with the Shogunate. Since we heard that Coalition forces have been recalled from Kusari, recent conflict between us is more or less solved. The creation of the united front will certainly increase both our chances of success. It's very nice to hear that you tend to be cooperative. I guess the history itself is pushing Malta and the Shogunate closer to each other. We will most welcome the fall of the northern Kusari to the Blood Dragons and provide reasonable aid to boost your potential success. So any potential deployment of our heavy attack groups to Kusari is temporary and has tactical goals in mind and would not seek to undermine Shogunate's sovereignty or integrity. - Loyola RE: To: The Blood Dragons and Golden C. || From: Donna Enma de Loyola - Megaera - 07-13-2020 ID: Matriarch Kiri Encryption: Golden Lotus Recipient: Malta, GC, Blood Dragons CC: None Subject: Cooperation I think we should focus our resources on the precise strikes against specific targets. If we strike Honshu besides Hokkaido and Kyushu, we would spread our resources too thin. Also we have no confirmation yet that the Yamaguchi Battlegroup is still present or not. At best we would attack there as a diversion. I would recommend focussing our assets make sure our victories are swift and successful. Tsushima should be our first target. That station is wide open to attack. There are no stations in its vicinity where it could draw reinforcements from. I do agree that the discovery of the Matsuda will force her to relocate. Either deeper into the Seiran Cloud or even to another system. That brings us to another idea. We should establish a GC presence on Planet Kyushu. We should still have alot of support on that planet. It is the birthplace of our movement after all. The word GC isn't written on our forehead and we have civilian supporters. We should be able to covertly set up a hidden base, or several. This would enable us to keep our presence in the Kyushu system even after the Matsuda has departed. Crippling the docking ring would only make this easier. The second phase where we strike Sapporo and Wakkanai sounds good to me. Wakkanai will be a difficult nut to crack, but a combined fleet of GC, Blood Dragons and Maltese should be able to overwhelm it. Matriarch Kiri
