Heyo (again) - madoobz - 07-15-2020 Hi there I've played Discovery casually for many years on a few different PCs. I've always just found people to play with on the servers, but never really engaged in the forums. I thought this time I'd say hello here and if I get to it join a player faction for the first time! At the moment I'm reminding myself of how to play and mucking around as a Coalition insurgent beating up Corsairs. Does anyone have any suggestions for a fairly laidback player faction looking for a crusty old vet? My ancient specialty was in cruisers and battleships, though high-risk transport also seems inticing See you in space! RE: Heyo (again) - Shiki - 07-15-2020 Welcome back RE: Heyo (again) - Megaera - 07-15-2020 Welcome back RE: Heyo (again) - SlappyTheRoach - 07-16-2020 Welcome back mate. Enjoy your stay, and if you need any help please do PM me. Regarding player faction, there are many to choose from now that have cruiser and battleship to play with, though most of them you would have to work your way up to them. Faction's being laidback I would not have a clue to which one would suit that properly. RE: Heyo (again) - Username removed - 07-17-2020 Daumann's literally calling themselves "Laid back" in their recruitment thread: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=176519 RE: Heyo (again) - Unity - 07-17-2020 (07-15-2020, 11:05 PM)madoobz Wrote: Does anyone have any suggestions for a fairly laidback player faction looking for a crusty old vet? Sounds like Core would be a perfect fit for you RE: Heyo (again) - madoobz - 07-17-2020 Thanks, everyone! It's good to be back. |
