why cant i see the server
i launch fl and go into multy player but i can only see the usa server

It's possible that at the time our server crashed.
Also, check if the path in your target box in the properties of the FL shortcut contains -s82.113.48.5:2302

Try to use direct connect then.
Just add that -s part
For example:
D:\Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe -s82.113.48.5:2302 -s72.51.60.155:2302
Just change the file path to where you installed the game
