Good day!
I am Jaina Wheeler and I am reponsible for the current day to day operations at Bristol Constructions.
I contact you today in regards to the situation and embargo in Bering. First we would like to thank you for sending patrols into the system. Our personnel and operations in the area were severly at risk by the increasing pirate populace.
To ease the burden on our struggling employees we'd like to request of you to put the removal of the embargo on Bering to vote. It would enable us to purchase libertonian supplies over rheinland ones and making it much easier too.
On another topic we have the current wreckage all over the area. For that we would like to make an offer to Liberty if you could be so kind to forward it to the responsible people?
For background, I'd like to give you a summary: We're currently working in cooperation with the ALG and Rheinland to clean the Military's war wreckage within Bering. We're licensed to carry these within Liberty as well. I'll link you the communication here: License #177584
Our company is also working closely with DSE, so we'd like to offer Liberty to clean up the Navy wreckage within the system and would, in addition, like to acquire the wreckage of Freeport 2 to expand our operations in the area. Our offer would be to supply one months of salvage output of our operations to the Liberty Navy free of charge in addition to any monetary requirement. We've recently acquired military-grade gunboats to defend our operations so the Liberty Navy must not fear about the operation being at risk within the Bering system even after an eventual withdrawal of their forces.
Though I do desperately urge the government to invest into the rebuilding of the trade lanes and possibly the jumpgate to the Hamburg system.

We have deliberated and decided to approve your request for the rights of Freeport 2 wreck. We do have a question for you. Mainly what are you going to do with the station? We do not want a repeat of what happened last time and if you are planning on rebuilding it I would highly suggest getting in contact with the Liberty Police, Inc. or the Liberty Navy. Our main concern is not wanting another take over after our Military just swept through the lawless system.
At the moment nothing has crossed my desk for an infrastructure to be built in Bering but things here at the Capital change everyday. So I would keep an eye out on the horizon for any changes coming to Bering.

If it is still salvagable in the means that we can repressurise it and patch it up, we would like it to go back into a similar state to before the Zoners lost it. Just this time we have our own security detail. We have our crew currently training on Rheinland Military Oder gunboats. While that is not yet enough it will be a good start now that you have cleared the area of the major hostiles.
Just a quick clarification. We assume the Insurgency craft to either be libertonian or free to be taken?
All fees have been authorized.
We've also just been attacked by Junkers. They even threatened us in front of the LPI. It was specifically the Free Trade People. So we will already start upgrading our security in the area. Would repressurising that Insurgency tech permitted?
