The Rashinban has been working hard to obtain the Bustard-class carrier that we will need to use. It seems that the equipment of the newly-named Kiyomizu Jingu will use much the same equipment, but we also need to install survery equipment in order to be able to produce accurate coordinates that the jump drives of both will use, as well as any future drive-equipped ships. I understand that the ability to obtain accurate coordinates will also benefit your other projects. The Kiyomizu is en route to Kinkakju-ji following a brief refit in the Outcast's Valletta Shipyard for new armaments and shields. Navigator

Getting the survey gear installed was the easier part, it's calibration that will take time. Much of this process is unfamiliar to me, as I don't deal with navigational data often. The systems install has gone well thus far, and we're hoping to have her ready to sail in a day or two. I have a team that you can work with on calibrations, as they are the software experts, and I am mostly a mechanical minded person. Writing the software for this kind of stuff is a little out of my scope.... She's a lovely ship though! And in such good shape! You didn't even get her shot up on the way home! Half of these systems nearly installed themselves. She's got so much more room than a starfighter... I hope you like the modifications, and that the stars guide your way! Engineer

It is not unfamiliar to most of us from before joining the Gen'an. Have we been successful in obtaining the means to build the jump drive module? I believe the intention is for the Kiyomizu to be equipped with one as well in case we need to return to Kinkaku-ji in a hurry. I would also feel safer if we were able to preserve space for a hangar bay with repair facilities as well. As capable as the Kiyomizu is, her anti-fighter/bomber capabilities are sadly lacking. It is good to hear the progress on the Kiyomizu Jingu. We are indeed capable of creating the drive you requested. Currently we constructed only one of the Yugami Drives, which is integrated into the Ise Jingu. I have relayed the request to construct a second one for the Kiyomizu Jingu to Kinkaku-ji's factory. It has been approved. A hangar bay, or even two would be a necessity for the deep space exploration we will be attempting. The fighters need a place to restock. Lieutenant
