Ingolstadt Station can't be selectable on the map, at the target screen it shows as a jump hole and his model is a mess:

Republican Shipping began to deconstruct the station when the dark matter storm got close enough, but they didn't have time, because Munich fell under the control of Rheinland Federalists. I don't know how it is now (don't see in the screenshot), but before there were several ships deconstructing the station and placing parts in containers.
