Good day,

I am Captain Mary Taylor and I run the day to day operations of the Insurgency's Veracruz Munitions. We've just finished the first batch of infantry rifles ready for purchase. Beyond that we produce ship weaponry and munitions which we also have some not reserved to military use in stock.

We'd like to offer the Outcasts the privilege at acquiring this first batch at a discount. We've since scouted out the route toward your territory and deem it acceptable for an armored convoy. If our ships could not leave your space empty that would be beneficial. Though the trading of equipment would already be enough.

Good day,

I'm glad that you're interested. Our transports are ready to move out of Vespucci to supply this. Of course it would be satisfactory to pay for the good but what'd be helpful in addition would be if we could acquire something useful or another trade good back home. Now I'm aware of the unique situation that Malta is in and that might not be possible. Regardless I have the shipment ready. And it would be appreciated if your forces could be informed so that shipment can arrive without issue.

Further shipments may be picked up by your vessels from Planet Veracruz within Vespucci until our installation in the orbit is finished.

The main vessel to ship this will be the INS Guadelupe but other ships may be used.
