Wait, I do.Hi. One of your esteemed captains had some choice words for me while I was en route to the Hawaii for an extended visit. It seems like rather poor business practice to speak to a well-paying, repeat customer in such a manner. Monthly visits to the Hawaii and the Shetland are a guilty pleasure of mine, after all. The captain appeared to be under the impression that I was delusional when I mentioned one of the holosculptures in my suite. I've since contacted room service to have it discontinue displaying an image of President Jacobi. While I appreciate the patriotic sentiment, I visit your Liner to get away from the Republic for a few days, not to have it follow me.
Perhaps an individual in a customer-facing profession should avoid acting in such an uncouth manner, no? Oh, and you'll find proof of payment attached. What Captain Boles said was unacceptable, both as an Orbital Spa and Cruise captain and as a human being. Flying 27th century technology is no excuse for having such 17th century misogynistic views.
I've given both Captain Boles and Subdirector Cross a simple ultimatum: either they sincerely apologize to you and make this right, they resign and find some other company that tolerates this kind of filth, or I resign and refuse to head a corporation that has any kind of place for such language and views. We'll know in the next 24 hours where we go from here to try and make things right. Once again, I apologize on behalf of my corporation. The sector expects more of an Orbital captain, and I am sorry we let you down. I can only hope your remaining time aboard Hawaii helps rebuild some faith in our brand. Wait, I do.Director Seabourne - It pleases me to no end to hear your kind words after the tirade of profanity unleashed by mister Boles. This is the customer service I expect from such an illustrious company as yours. Perhaps the good captain is due for a vacation of his own. The stress of work appears to have caught up to him, though I suppose I'm not the one to judge that sort of situation. It's unfamiliar.
As for your offer, Captain Cross, I've settled on option two. My travel agent will be in touch. I've always wanted to spend a few weeks sampling the experiences on offer aboard the Barbados, and I simply can't pass up the opportunity at such a discounted rate.
