4.1 - If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered to be ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
- Leave the system the fight took place in for one hour. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
- Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for one hour.
- Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for one hour.
Consequences:
I quote from your ban appeal, which I actually liked. "I went ahead and pushed admin buttons". "Other players are people too". "I got way cooler stuff to do". "I genuinely want to be a helpful and contributing member of the community." "Thank you. I'll see to it that your trust in me is not misplaced."
I am disappointed. We know you circumvented your previous ban. You are being obsessive about who you are routinely bothering. You know the rules but don't seem to care. And your attitude is persistently problematic. It has been decided that you are once again, banned indefinitely. Personally, I strongly recommend you adhere to it, spend the time away growing, submit an appeal when the time comes, and demonstrate that you have improved.
