4.1 - If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered to be ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
-Leave the system the fight took place in for one hour. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
-Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for one hour.
4.4 - Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Ship and equipment infocards which specify their use on a specific ID or specific ship must only be used on that ID or ship. In all other cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules (except 4.6).
Consequences:
Please pay attention to your ID for limitations on ship usage, and don't re-engage after death or resort to out-of-roleplay chat in-game. As you appear relatively new, we've placed your ship in Bastille until you can assure us you've read and will abide by the server rules.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE

Hello, I read the reason why I was placed in the Bastille. If you allow me, I was shot without any roleplay. Shot and then asked me a question. In the chat I tried to explain to him that I had made a mess with the new maps and that it was true that I should not be there with that ship. I am not the enemy, on the contrary, my cargo was empty and I did not shoot first. I tried all the time to take the shortest way back. My ID completely matches the ship. So I was shot without roleplay first, I didn't break, traded or shoot anyone, they shot at me again in a system where I was already PvP killed. There was also an interruption in the server at that time, otherwise I would have returned even faster and all this would not have happened and it happened because of my mistake and his mistake caused by the desire to shoot someone as soon as possible and if there is no basis or reason for that. I believe that a player who has also violated Rule 4.1 shooting without prior roleplay should be subject to sanctions.
I read the rules again and I understand them. Thank you for your understanding and I hope it will not happen again. I count on you for a sense of fairness, and equal treatment for all players on the server.
