The Third Fleet serves primarily as the guard element to the Liberty Navy, and primarily operates within the systems of Alaska and Virginia. Much of the Liberty Navy's service members stationed in Alaska and Virginia belong to the Third Fleet, with command staff stationed aboard Juneau Shipyard and Battleship Minneapolis.
System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately): Alaska, Sector Foxtrot 4/5 - Directly across the Trans-Alaska Corridor from Battleship Minneapolis.
Reason(s) for Construction: With the expansion of Liberty forces into the Omicron frontier, the Third Fleet is preparing a vanguard in the event of a catastrophic response from the natives. Mitchell Guard Station will serve as the primary supply hub and fallback point for Liberty Navy forces deployed to the Omicron Nu system.
