If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE

This is becoming completely out of hand, it is obvious what is going on here. I have seen dozens of fights with less RP than was used. This is a travesty. Last week, i was "warned" here for saying "lol" in chat while relaxing in our home system. That one took 2-3 weeks to come to bear.
Wow less than 1 day for this one. Never saw that before. Is it because of the player I killed is a metagamer who a couple hours earlier was involved in killing our FTP Free Factory base (and was also involved in killing the first base in the KAM tag)? Seems so. Apparently the message here is:
"Don't dare to come after those who actually run the show."
And...
"Don't dare to use our own tactics against us"
Bugger that, and the highly corrupt metagaming constant examples we are seeing here these days. Bases being destroyed for no reason at all. Fake factions sprouting up and getting instant recognition, and being used to split the Corsairs, the only major house they hadn't corrupted yet.
People of Sirius: The rules are being perverted to suit those who:
Run 7-8 clans that we know of, god knows how many more. They create totally fake wars that they actually run both sides of. They keep these wars going so they can BREAK THE RULES by making "alliances" with RP enemies. This way, there is no organized opposition to anything they want to do. The KAM guy was VERY SURPRISED that a Red Hessian was attacking him.... He is Rheinland military and they thought that since they corrupted the system to make a deal with some RH, that all RH would leave them alone.
When i killed that KAM fellow in Frankfurt (WITH PROPER RP), i immediately left for Dresden, then Om55. With FIVE MINUTES, two [RM] battleships were there attacking me and my friend.
[RM] are supposed to be the enemies of KAM in that ... obviously fake... war.
This is what's going on there.
And BTW, the other person who was there did nothing wrong either, but was SANCTIONED FOR OVER 800 MILLION for simply being there. I guess creating the fake IE clan to take corsair allies away from us wasnt enough, now people who fight with us are going to be punished on trumped up charges every time they fight.
This is a joke, and getting completely out of hand.
FTP wont be killed off by the likes of the people behind this, that is my promise to you all.
So in short, I protest this sanction.

I have sent you the evidence for the Sanction.
I have no idea about the incidents that you are referring to.
The GMs are not omniscient. We rely on Violation Reports being sent in and based on the evidence supplied, plus any further evidence we find for ourselves, from the Server Files, we then process the Sanction.
Therefore if you don't report a Rules infraction, we can't do anything about it.
As for you mentioning the other Player being there, the Violation Report only mentioned the one Ship (that being the one mentioned above), so therefore I have no idea on what you are insinuating.
As for 'whoever this person is' I find it very unlikely, having seen the Sanctions going out, that they were fined over 800 million credits.

''Whoever person'' is me,and you take me more than 800mil,ask your friend Champ how much in a very shot time,something in the money and something by taking off the shields and cannons.Leaving me ZERO credits on four characters, ZERO I repeat. I must have killed his pet in PvP.
