Greetings,
The Order, as you have already noted, due to cataclysm of unknown nature to us our installations and planet were jumped out of Sigma into Omicron Zeta, a very well known system for us. Our scientists and explorers still can't understand the type of weapon the aliens had used - but according to early reports of our escorts - we had been faced in Omicron Sigma with energy spikes never seen before, whose causing ships apparatus fault. Thus I had to command my people to evacuate for the sake of surviving. We had boarded our Nephilims and set destination to Omicron Mu, currently corefleet drifting in a remote sector.
Nevertheless, I’m contacting you in regard to a different topic. I hope everything will be alright and we will be able to return to our home station at once, as everything will be sorted. A concern is bothering me… Not so long ago we constructed several factories onboard the Kadesh Orbital Colony for the needs of our corefleet. As far as you know, cloak technology requires the usage of alien species thus we would like to obtain permits in carrying and using Nomad technologies. I remember we had such a permit. Back then when we constructed Phoenix Spaceport in Zeta and had followed the same goals in construction of experimental equipment. But I fear it has been overwritten by a vast amount of transmissions of the past years.

Using Nomad technologies request

First of all, I barely understand, why this message was sorted to the spam section. I sent an order to fix filters for avoiding further troubles with communication.
Your request sounds quite extraordinary from any other requests I seen before. To my memories, nobody except the Order has permission to work with nomadic materials and technologies which is described in Technology Regulations Database (open attachments to see), but I take into account the fact you were Order closest allies before I joined the organization five years ago.
Provide us more information about the purposes, types of technologies you request an estimated amount of units you need and we'll decide, what can we do with that.

Excuse me as well for late response, its been a very busy days lately, as we've been occupied with Kadesh Orbital Colony extensions and it seems that the Nomads have decided to take it as an advantage and attempt to intercept our trade convoys, attack the colony. But currently everything seem to be under control.
At this moment our colony has the deck equipped with different factories, including a cloak construction facility. As you know, it requires parts of alien ships, also known as remnants of different size. We would like to produce them, as cloak technology commonly being used by said aliens and sometimes they take advantage over that. We want to change this. On the side note, we have in our possession several Nomad adopted blasters which had been brought by a convoy, when they were attacked by infected ships. Our engineers believe that they could adopt them on our ships and use the Nomad weapon against its creator.

However, you must, I repeat, you must maintain ultimate secrecy about hauling nomadic materials to produce devices. Furthermore, our specialists might inspect your vessels to check their reliability and special cargo bay durability to prevent even a single case of infection.
Speaking about nomad adapted blasters, we need your examples on Damascus Research Station for extensive tests. Nobody of your engineers is authorized to work with adapted nomad technology. All needed inspections and mounting will be carried out only by our engineers and this demand has no exceptions - we don't know nomad adapted weaponry assembled outside the Alexandria Black Site. Besides, we'd ask for direct vessel signatures and owners' names who will carry these blasters.
