A while back, you worked with some Corsairs against a mutual enemy. Problem being, you're not friendly with Corsairs. Not at all, it doesn't seem. Don't ally with your enemies, especially not for a coordinated action as large and long as a siege.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. As a faction leader of Order|: Corsairs are rephacked to -0.55 no dock and not in conflict with The Order for nearly 10 years now. We're at war with the other Spaniards (-0.7), the Outcasts.

Speaking on behalf of the IE sairs that were leading the alleged siege in O Kappa. Siege was maintained for the most part without Order assistance and would have resulted in POB's destruction with or without Order's involvement. Order ships were not shooting on the POB and outside of PvP were mostly chilling around for RP.
Now, to the PvP part and grouping up. The Order came to O Kappa looking for pews with Aux and Nomads. While Auxesia and nomad pilots alongside some freelancers aiding them were trying to deter the siege or simply using it as an opportunity to pew, by no means were they representative of the affiliation of the POB (Gammu AI) and hence Order shooting them should not be construed as assistance in the siege of POB because it was more like a skirmish between hostile parties. In such a situation, Corsairs resorted to ol' good "enemy of my enemy is my friend". Ad hoc cooperation was made that led up to non-aggression between the Order and IE Corsairs for the time being. Adding people to the group was for the reason of convenience to discern between shooting targets as some of the adversaries were also of neutral IFF. Besides, Order is not outright "hostile" to Sairs but rather "unfriendly" with neutral no-dock reputation due to traitorous behaviour in the past. This ad hoc cooperation inRP led to discussions of expanding this cooperation to a more formalised agreement.
In light of the above, I do not agree with the accusations put forth against the Order as they did not aided Corsairs in the siege technically becaue the fights were not against the defenders. Decision to assist each other was also a result from the fluid RP ingame rather than from some ooRP arrangements and as such should not be the objective of criticism, especially given that the Order and the Corsairs are not in the state of "war" but just have cold relationships with suspicion towards each other. Mind, that Corsairs even still have 75% on Osiris (whether it is intended or an oversight).
Sorry in advance for posting in this thread yet I consider that our input might be constructive input for the case.

Caramba, we Corsairs are totally not in war with Order. We are siding against mutual enemies since... always. And we did it recently, willingly, without any question. I didn't receive el memo we are hostile now at all. If RP should be done about that, just say so por favor. Both Ladron and Golansky are great kissers.

I would like to add my 50 cent that there is very few reasons to Corsairs and Order to be hostile inRP. Mostly, this sanction comes from an outdated infocard which, for some reason, lists these factions as hostile toward each other. Perhaps, time to sanction devs?
As has been found out, the Order even has positive empathy with Corsairs. What means when you kill Corsairs - your reputation with the Order is getting worse.
