Nomad Ships Only For Vanilla - KAWISH-ALI - 10-06-2020
Hi,
how can we Replace all vanilla nomads ships with the new and remastered ones which are in discovery mod? to play in vanilla? i got the nomad pack v2 but i m sure copy pasting wont work i guess i need some ini files editing and stuff , can anyone do it? and please help me out, i left the modding a few years ago , and im kinda confuse on it. a help would be so great. thank you

If you want to replace textures, or any file (Such as cursors, sounds, starspheres etc.), before starting, make a copy somewhere of the original file (Optional, only if you want), then delete the original (Keep the copy in case you made one), take the new file that you want to add, and paste it where you need it.
DO NOT copy and replace, it won't work. First take out the normal file, cut/delete it from there and only afterwards paste the new one.
Thats how replacing works
Now on to the latter, I am not sure if its possible to replace old nomad textures in Vanilla with new ones like we have in the game, but if it's possible, follow the above steps.

Which Ini Files exactly i have to Edit to complete it and make it work, cuz only replacing original files wont work....

I dont know what the file names and where exactly theyre located in so, yeah ask here or on public discord server in dev lounge
