It was meant to be a start of a chain with additional RP based on what they request etc.
But you say it can't be done without allowing the derailers in ?
because then we only speak on behalf of part of gammu.
Yeah I don't see how this is doable to get a global rephack. One for specific ai factions or ships yeah I guess. But there will always be the vocal minority trying to block -0.3s because they have the idea that Gammu should be killer robot. And they will block that even though it doesn't limit their gameplay whatsoever

You can do private comms, like I did Ageira Innovations with Junker Marauders only. Granted, my rephack request was meant for JM to dock on Ageira, and not Congress or indie Junkers, but it was still done.
Just put in the effort and go from there. It's not that hard. Every challenge can be beaten with creative and simple solution.

Just Roleplay. It is seriously not that hard. Figure out why your AI wants to dock with them, and if its worth the risk. Humans aren't trusting of aliens. Zoners might be a bit open minded, but skeptical nonetheless.

and then only include other gammu by requesting who is open to human contact if Junkers will be receptive and RP goes well.
Guess that can work. And if it works out with junkers
I can just send a comm only to those open in working with them Or if Junkers request some shipments etc. ask for help
And if there's a bunch of people pouring in
Like all the ones that were complaining here, I guess it has a good chance of being accepted globally. And then you can do that for other factions that make sense.
